Professional Experience

Michael R. Burns possesses nearly 11 years experience in the accounting and finance industry and has been involved with income taxes since 2003. One of Michael’s most significant accomplishments includes saving a company $500,000 on an employee benefits audit. Michael occasionally speaks at local community events on topics such as tax law updates and strategies. The majority of Michael’s time outside of income tax focuses on financial analysis and performance measurement for businesses.

Education

Michael’s parents encouraged and supported a strict focus on education, which allowed him to obtain a four-year degree from Saint Xavier University in only three years. He currently holds a B.A. in Accounting.

Certification

Michael and his business are both authorized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide e-filing services on behalf of customers.
