First, we travel to our customer and conduct all services in their home – they never have to leave! Most of our customers identify this exceptional offering as the primary reason for choosing Taxes From Home for all their tax preparation and filing needs.

Second, we reserve additional time with our customers to introduce and explain legal strategies designed to effectively reduce overall tax liability. Our team utilizes a detailed question and answer session, which advances beyond simply reviewing their documents presented to us at the time of engagement. Most customers indicate the process quite often results in additional deductions or tax credits the may have forgotten about or never even knew existed.

Third, we financially reward customers to demonstrate our appreciation for their quality referrals. The customer earns $20 cash for each referral plus an additional $100 for every five – there are no catches or limitations.

Fourth, we do not view our customers as only a seasonal business. Most of our customers would prefer to completely forget about their taxes until the following year. We recognize this unfortunate temptation but strongly encourage year-round tax planning through various methods including emails, phone calls, follow-up meetings and even sometimes direct mail.

Finally, we promote honesty and integrity in each customer relationship. Our business could generate significant revenue by offering rapid refunds but respectfully declines to participate or be associated with such an unethical and misleading program. The majority of us would become very excited at the possibility of receiving a refund within 24 to 48 hours but do not realize we would also be paying exorbitant fees and finance charges to obtain our own money.
